ABOUT

THE MEDITATION

This mantra-based meditation is from ancient India and dates back over 5,000 years to the Vedic Age. It is practiced throughout the world today, and is a non-religious form of yoga. It requires no change in beliefs or lifestyle whatsoever.

What does ‘Vedic’ mean? Veda means 'knowledge' in Sanskrit.  The Veda delves into the universal and fundamental knowledge that there is only one thing, consciousness, and that the very nature of consciousness is bliss itself. Vedic meditation uses an effortless technique to transcend our thoughts and experience the bliss inherent within all of us - an ancient practice for modern times.
